This dirty beast is getting a proper wash and wax this evening.

Finally a free moment after moving so I’m taking advantage. I’ve got Turtle Wax specifically for black cars and jams to listen to. The beer is Old Chub scotch ale for my fellow beer enthusiasts who are interested.

Got bonus dad some nice beer on top of the book and things from the rest of the fam.

I’m calling this a pretty good night. What are the rest of you drinking or doing this fine night? Thunderstorms my ass, mr. Weatherman.

I’ll be having some fancy cream soda once I get dinner going. So much better than Crush cream soda.

The one I seem to be having a lot of is from a brand called Harvey & Vern’s, but it seems to only be an eastern Ontario thing (they’re based in Ottawa).

Just got back from store. Almost done with laundry.

Wanted to wash mine this weekend but mad rain in the forecast for tonight/morrow. Oh well.

A clean car is a happy car! Plus doing it all by hand is extremely satisfying, especially with a couple of cold beers.

I’ve got the pre wax prepper/wash on it currently. I’m digging the matte black look, haha. I also think that I finally decided that I do want to dip the wheels, mirror caps, badges and inside the crosshairs.

I got hit with the mad rain yesterday morning and afternoon. Tonight is extremely pleasant.
